Bio: Once one of the strongest Pokemon to ever battle, Vinny was locked away in the basement of a lighthouse by his trainer. Over 100 years Vinny’s sanity slowly trickled away to the point he was painting faces on inanimate objects and treating them like friends. Every night before going to bed he would contemplate suicide but dozed off before going through with anything. One day though some of the strangest looking people busted him out. He ended up traveling with some odd Pokemon for a while before returning to the wild.
