Bio: An relatively flamboyant man, Manda enjoys finer things. If it has a high price he’ll be drawn to it. He often appears in musicals and contests, often dressing as the opposite gender. On a regular basis, Manda is often screwing around with people’s head-especially men’s. He claims he’s not gay but he does often ask them to do sexual things with him before quickly reprimanding himself and acting embarrassed. He’ll say some of the strangest things, make threats with his leaf blade, or simply fling people away with a well placed dragon tail.
